This app makes a pseudo transparent the upper and lower bars + slider of Manila.
The program takes fragments of wallpaper and put as backgrounds on these elements.
It was tested on WM 6.5.3, but it should work on WM6.5.
The size of wallpaper must be a full-screen for your permission.
It only works in portrait mode.
