QIP PDA is an easy-to-use and free ICQ-client. The current version of the program supports the protocol icq oscar. The developers promise to support other popular protocols as soon as possible.
The program became multiprotocol. At this stage, implemented protocols ICQ (almost full) and Jabber (receiving / sending text messages and work with a list of contacts).
It is recommended to remove the old version of QIP PDA before installation.
