Here is a remote client for the BitTorrent app running on desktop PC or server. It was designed for Android-powered devices. It has a support for µTorrent, BitTorrent 6+, Deluge 1.2+, Currently Transmission.
It is able to to view any active torrent, resume/remove, pause. You can add new torrents through URL or isoHunt-powered search.
Operating system is Android.
